What’s new

Changes to the QC Analytical Results API by version.

1.1.0 (with QC Analytical Results 2.1.1)

  • Change points on shewhart and cusum: send "change_points": true and the spec gains change_points, a table with one row for each shift found in the results (Taylor’s change-point analysis): index (the last result before it), x (halfway between that result and the next, in the axis’s units), check_id, lab_job, despatch, date on a date axis, confidence (0 to 1), level (change at 0.95 or more, possible at 0.90 to 0.95), mean_before, mean_after and shift_sd (the shift in standard deviations, when the SD is known). It is empty when there is none. meta.change_points is true. Without the parameter, every chart’s spec is exactly as in 1.0.0.

1.0.0 (October 2026)

The first version: datasets of two kinds, the 18 charts of the app, keys from the Toolkit account page, request ids. Every chart’s spec follows one convention: plain lower-case names (value, check_id, pair_mean, never a database column name), outlier as true/false and band as ok, warning or action, control limits as centre, warning_low, warning_high, action_low, action_high, statistics keyed as numbers (n, mean, pct_outside_2sd), the Nelson rules as a table of rule, description, status, and faceted charts as panels keyed by check stage, each shaped like the single chart.
