Pricing

Prices for QC Analytical Results storage plans and API plans. Checking and charting data is free.

Checking and charting your data is free. QC Analytical Results, and the other apps as they are released, cost nothing to use for checking and charting data.

Store your QC data

Storing your projects, lab certificates, CRM library and client set-ups in your account needs a plan. Every account starts with 30 days free, with the Consultancy plan’s limits and no card.

Plan Monthly Yearly Client set-ups Certificates
Geologist US$49 US$490 1 1,500
Site US$149 US$1,490 3 7,500
Consultancy US$299 US$2,990 10 30,000, and API Starter
Organisation From US$6,000 a year By quote As agreed As agreed

Add a client set-up for US$20 a month, or 5,000 more certificates for US$10 a month, on any plan. A yearly plan is two months free. Prices exclude VAT or sales tax, which Paddle adds at checkout. Each plan is one sign-in for now. More users are coming.

Choose a plan on your Account page in the Toolkit. When a trial or a plan ends, your stored data becomes read-only: you can open and export it for 90 days, and we email you before we delete it. The Terms give the details.

The QC Analytical Results API is paid for by plan. The API lets your own software send QC results to our analysis service and receive the same charts, control limits, flags and statistics as the app, as data (see the API guide). Each plan includes a number of chart calls a month; uploading data is free.

API plans

Plan Chart calls a month Monthly Yearly (2 months free)
Starter 1,000 US$35 US$350
Professional 5,000 US$120 US$1,200
Team 25,000 US$400 US$4,000

The bill stays fixed: chart calls stop when the month’s allowance is used and start again on the 1st, so you never pay more than the plan price. Your Account page says so, with the box to change it.

Calls beyond your plan, if you turn the stop off: US$25 per 1,000 chart calls, rounded up to the next 1,000, billed after the month ends: for any month in which the stop was off, even if you turned it back on before the month ended.

Either way, we email you when 80% and when all of the month’s chart calls are used.

API pilot: three places

The API is in its pilot, and we are looking for three partners to use it free for six months. A partner is a company or consultancy whose own software works with assay QA/QC data, such as a database, a reporting system or an alert service, and who will put the API to real use.

  • What you get: API access with no plan and no card, for six months from the day we switch it on. Every pilot ends by 30 June 2027 at the latest. If you choose a plan before your pilot ends, or up to 30 days after, your first year is 25% off.
  • What we ask: real use of the API with your own data, and three short feedback calls: after the first three weeks, after the third month and in the last month.
  • What to know: your chart calls are counted as usual, but nothing is billed. We do not promise any level of availability during the pilot (see the Terms). We email you 30 days before your pilot ends.
  • How to apply: email [email protected] with your company, what you would build with the API and about how many charts a month you expect. We reply within one working day with the pilot summary and the pilot letter. The three places go to the first three partners to confirm.

How it works

  • Choose a plan on your Account page in the Toolkit, monthly or yearly, once your account is approved (we check each new registration). API access starts as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute, and you make your keys on the same page.
  • What is counted: each chart your software asks for is one chart call. Sending data, listing charts and checking your usage are free. Calls are counted per calendar month; your Account page shows the month so far, and we email you at 80% and 100% of your allowance.
  • Taxes: prices exclude VAT and sales tax, which are added at checkout where they apply. A business with a VAT or GST number can enter it at checkout and is not charged VAT where the reverse charge applies.
  • Renewal and cancelling: a plan renews automatically each month or year until you cancel it. Cancel at any time from the billing page linked on your Account page; the plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Changing plan: email us and we will move you to the new plan straight away, adjusting the price for the rest of the period.
  • Refunds: see our Refund Policy.
  • Who sells it: our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Prices may change; we will tell plan holders by email at least 30 days before a change applies to them. These prices were last updated on 5 November 2026.
