What to do when QC Analytical Results rejects a file, refuses an action or shows something you did not expect, plus its known issues and limitations.

Each article here is named for what you see on screen, quotes the message, and says what causes it and what to do. Limitations lists what the app does not do by design. Known issues lists bugs we know about and their workarounds.
