Choose a storage plan

What happens when my free trial ends? Every account gets 30 days free to store projects and certificates. Choose a plan to keep adding to them.

At the end your account has a storage plan, and you can keep adding projects, certificates and client set-ups.

Checking and charting data needs no plan. Storing it does: projects, lab certificates, your CRM library and client set-ups. Every new account starts a 30-day free trial with the Consultancy plan’s limits, and no card. When the trial or a plan ends, your stored data is read-only: you can open and export it, but not add to it. After 90 days it is deleted. We email you 7 days and 1 day before a trial ends, and 60, 30 and 7 days before stored data is deleted. How storage plans work gives the whole picture.

Before you begin

  • You are signed in.

Steps

  1. In the Toolkit, select Account.
  2. Under Storage plan, read what your plan holds and what you use: client set-ups, certificates and stored data.
  3. To choose a plan, select Monthly or Yearly under Geologist, Site or Consultancy. Paddle’s checkout opens. Pay there. A yearly plan is two months free.
  4. With a plan, add more under add-ons: extra client set-ups, or extra blocks of 5,000 certificates. Then select Change the add-ons.
  5. To change your card, see invoices or cancel, select Billing: card, invoices or cancel. To move to another plan, email [email protected].

Result

Storage plan shows your plan, its limits and what you use. Your stored data can be added to again.

If something goes wrong

  • A save says your plan holds no more. The message names the limit you reached. Add an add-on, or move to a larger plan.
  • A save says your data is read-only. Your trial or plan has ended. Choose a plan, and you can add to it again at once.
  • The plan doesn’t show after paying. Paddle confirms the payment within a minute. Reload the page.
