Accept is refused while something is still to define
Accept in the holding area says Confirm its codes and prefixes first. What the message means and how to clear the items under Before this batch can be accepted.
In the Holding area, Accept shows “Confirm its codes and prefixes first. Its report lists them under Before this batch can be accepted.”
Cause: the certificate has a result code or a row prefix you have not defined. The app does not guess what X or Dup means, so it holds the certificate until you say.
What to do:
- Read the report under the holding area. The section Before this batch can be accepted names each code and prefix.
- Scroll up to the card Before these can be accepted. Choose a meaning for each code and a kind for each prefix, with a stage for a duplicate. Define result codes and row prefixes says how.
- Leave Remember them for my account ticked and select Use these. The holding area is checked again.
- Select the certificate’s row and then Accept.
If the card Before these can be accepted is not there
The code or prefix was defined in this session but not saved to your account, and the page was reloaded. Load the certificate again under Certificates. The card appears, and this time leave Remember them for my account ticked.
If a saved definition is wrong
Under Your set-up, select the Codes and prefixes pill. Change the meaning or stage and select Save the changes. Tick Delete beside one to make the app ask about it again.
